💳 Reservation & Payment Policy

To reserve any appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

• Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

• Payment is made at the time of your service.

• In accordance with our cancellation policy, only appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be billed.

🎁 Booking with a Gift Certificate

Have a gift certificate?

• Simply bring it to your appointment — it will be applied at checkout.

 A credit card is still required when booking to reserve your appointment time.

Each individual must have their own Vagaro account—with their direct phone number and email. (Not another individuals information.) 

And complete their own intake form.   

Appointments must always be scheduled under the name of the person receiving the service.

Bookings or forms submitted on someone else’s behalf will be canceled or rescheduled to protect client privacy, accuracy, and safety.
